i360. An contributor to the local economy or an iSore?

Two years in the making, the British Airways i360 opens for business in just under 2 hours time. I hope it does what it’s CEO asserts in bringing additional tourist £s to the local economy – otherwise it could just end up becoming more of an iSore.
